Rules defining prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, insecure and unauthorized uses of Twimzi.

Twimzi Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited uses of Twimzi and supports the safe, lawful, secure, and reliable operation of its business-discovery, marketplace, community, content, communication, search, and related Platform features.

Twimzi is a brand and product operated by Fateh Globalink.

This Policy supplements the Twimzi Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Messaging & Communication Policy, User Content Policy, Business Terms, Marketplace & Listing Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.

2. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to all authorised Twimzi users, including customers, businesses, professionals, service providers, vendors, representatives, and other persons or entities using the Platform.

Twimzi's standard account age is 18 years, subject to applicable law and feature-specific requirements.

3. Compliance with law

You must use Twimzi in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, governmental directions, and lawful contractual obligations.

You must not use Twimzi to commit, facilitate, encourage, promote, conceal, or profit from unlawful conduct.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use Twimzi to:

4.1 Fraud and deception

  • commit, facilitate, promote, or conceal fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, financial crime, or other deception;
  • impersonate a person, business, professional, organisation, public authority, or other entity;
  • create or operate fake businesses, deceptive profiles, or misleading identities;
  • make materially false or deceptive commercial claims;
  • manipulate verification information or business credentials;
  • misrepresent products, services, prices, availability, qualifications, licences, or affiliations; or
  • use another person's account or identity without appropriate authorisation.
  • 4.2 Harmful or unlawful content

    You may not publish, transmit, promote, request, or facilitate content that is unlawful or materially harmful, including content involving:

  • threats, intimidation, harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse;
  • hate or discriminatory attacks against protected persons or groups;
  • sexual exploitation or content involving minors;
  • non-consensual intimate or sexual content;
  • unlawful disclosure or exploitation of private or sensitive personal information;
  • malware, malicious code, ransomware, viruses, or harmful files;
  • content primarily intended to facilitate unlawful activity; or
  • content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legally protected rights.
  • 4.3 Prohibited goods and services

    You may not advertise, offer, sell, broker, facilitate, or promote goods or services that are prohibited by applicable law or by Twimzi's Marketplace & Listing Policy.

    This includes counterfeit or stolen goods, fraudulent credentials, and unlawful regulated goods or services.

    Where a licence, registration, permit, professional qualification, or governmental approval is legally required, the relevant business is responsible for obtaining and maintaining it.

    4.4 Unauthorised access and cyber abuse

    You may not:

  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, APIs, databases, storage, infrastructure, or networks;
  • obtain, use, disclose, or attempt to guess another person's credentials, tokens, passwords, or authentication codes;
  • probe, scan, test, exploit, or circumvent security controls without explicit authorisation;
  • deploy malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with security mechanisms;
  • exploit vulnerabilities against users or Platform systems; or
  • assist another person in carrying out such activity.
  • 5. Platform interference and abuse

    You may not:

  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, degrade, or impair Twimzi or another user's systems;
  • intentionally consume unreasonable Platform resources;
  • bypass rate limits, access controls, technical restrictions, or security mechanisms;
  • reverse engineer or modify Platform components except where expressly permitted by law;
  • create duplicate or deceptive accounts to evade enforcement;
  • manipulate Platform availability or technical behaviour; or
  • use the Platform in a manner that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.
  • 6. Scraping, harvesting and automated access

    Automated access, bots, crawlers, scripts, scraping tools, data-harvesting systems, or third-party integrations may be used only where expressly authorised by Twimzi or otherwise permitted by applicable law and Platform terms.

    Unauthorised systematic collection of:

  • business data;
  • user information;
  • contact information;
  • messages;
  • listings;
  • search results;
  • images or media;
  • Platform metadata; or
  • other Platform data
  • is prohibited.

    Authorised integrations must comply with applicable technical limits, authentication requirements, rate limits, and documented terms. Twimzi may withdraw authorisation where permitted.

    7. Spam, unsolicited communications and abuse

    You may not use Twimzi to:

  • send spam or bulk unsolicited communications;
  • send repetitive or automated promotional messages without appropriate authorisation;
  • repeatedly contact users who have indicated that further communication is unwanted;
  • harvest contact information for unsolicited marketing;
  • distribute phishing messages or deceptive links;
  • abuse messaging, notification, enquiry, or contact features; or
  • circumvent messaging restrictions.
  • Messaging must also comply with the Twimzi Messaging & Communication Policy.

    8. Manipulation of listings, search and reputation

    You may not manipulate Twimzi's discovery, search, recommendations, rankings, reputation, or engagement systems through:

  • fake accounts;
  • fake businesses;
  • fake reviews;
  • fabricated enquiries or interactions;
  • fabricated followers or engagement;
  • automated or coordinated activity;
  • review bombing;
  • deceptive endorsements;
  • keyword or metadata abuse;
  • duplicate listings intended to manipulate visibility;
  • paid or incentivised activity intended to create a misleading impression; or
  • other deceptive methods designed to obtain an unfair or misleading Platform advantage.
  • 9. Privacy and personal information

    You may not use Twimzi to unlawfully collect, expose, sell, distribute, or misuse another person's personal data.

    You must not request or publish passwords, one-time passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless the collection or disclosure is lawful and specifically supported by the relevant Platform feature.

    Businesses are responsible for ensuring that personal data they provide to Twimzi has been collected, used, and disclosed lawfully.

    10. Intellectual property

    You may not use Twimzi to infringe copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, trade names, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

    You must have the required permission, licence, ownership, or other lawful basis for content and materials you upload or use.

    Twimzi may respond to valid intellectual-property complaints and restrict or remove relevant material in accordance with applicable law and Platform procedures.

    11. Security vulnerability reporting

    If you discover a security vulnerability involving Twimzi, you should report it through the designated Twimzi support or security channel.

    Unless expressly authorised, you must not:

  • exploit the vulnerability against users or systems;
  • access or copy data that does not belong to you;
  • intentionally disrupt Platform services;
  • alter or delete data;
  • install persistent access mechanisms;
  • publicly disclose sensitive vulnerability details before reasonable remediation; or
  • use the vulnerability for personal gain.
  • Good-faith security research that is expressly authorised by Twimzi may be subject to additional terms.

    12. Messaging boundaries

    Twimzi supports direct communication between customers and businesses, businesses and customers, and businesses and businesses.

    Customer-to-customer direct messaging is not an intended Twimzi feature and may not be used to bypass Platform controls.

    Users must not use messaging to conduct fraud, harassment, threats, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, unlawful solicitation, or other prohibited activity.

    13. Business and professional responsibilities

    Business and professional users must:

  • provide accurate business information;
  • maintain required licences, registrations, permits, and qualifications;
  • comply with applicable consumer, tax, advertising, professional, product, safety, and sector-specific requirements;
  • ensure that their offers and claims are not deceptive;
  • use authorised representatives and account access;
  • protect customer and employee information; and
  • promptly correct materially inaccurate information.
  • Twimzi does not automatically verify or guarantee every business claim, qualification, licence, product, service, or transaction.

    14. Security of accounts and credentials

    Users are responsible for maintaining reasonable security of their accounts and authentication credentials.

    You must not:

  • share passwords or authentication codes with unauthorised persons;
  • allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates Platform policies;
  • attempt to access another user's account;
  • bypass authentication or account-recovery controls; or
  • ignore reasonable security warnings.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, you should promptly use the available account-security or support mechanism.

    15. Enforcement

    Twimzi may investigate suspected violations using reports, automated systems, security monitoring, account information, Platform activity, and other lawful sources.

    Depending on the circumstances, Twimzi may:

  • warn the user;
  • request additional information or verification;
  • remove or restrict content;
  • reduce visibility or distribution;
  • restrict messaging or other features;
  • impose temporary feature restrictions;
  • suspend an account;
  • terminate an account;
  • preserve relevant information where legally permitted or required;
  • cooperate with lawful requests from authorities; or
  • take other lawful protective or enforcement measures.
  • Enforcement may consider the seriousness, frequency, impact, evidence, user safety, Platform security, and applicable legal requirements.

    Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent restrictions.

    16. Reporting violations

    Users should report suspected fraud, scams, security abuse, illegal content, impersonation, privacy violations, intellectual-property violations, spam, harmful activity, or other serious violations through the available Twimzi reporting or support mechanism.

    Reports must not knowingly be false, abusive, retaliatory, or submitted for the purpose of harassing another user.

    17. Legal and regulatory requests

    Twimzi may preserve, access, disclose, restrict, or remove information where required or permitted by applicable law, court order, governmental direction, regulatory requirement, security investigation, fraud investigation, or lawful request.

    Nothing in this Policy limits Twimzi's obligations under applicable law.

    18. Relationship with other policies

    This Policy supplements the:

  • Twimzi Terms of Service;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Community Guidelines;
  • Business Terms;
  • Marketplace & Listing Policy;
  • User Content Policy;
  • Intellectual Property Policy;
  • Messaging & Communication Policy;
  • Data Deletion & Retention Policy;
  • Grievance Redressal Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • Shipping & Delivery Policy; and
  • Platform Disclaimer.
  • If another policy imposes a more specific or stricter requirement for a particular feature or activity, that requirement may also apply.

    19. Changes to this Policy

    Twimzi may update this Policy when Platform features, risks, security practices, legal requirements, or operational requirements change.

    Where appropriate or legally required, material changes will be communicated through the Platform.

    The current published version applies from its stated effective date.

    This Acceptable Use Policy is published as **Version 1.1**.

    This Policy forms part of the Twimzi Platform rules and applies to use of Twimzi subject to applicable law.
