Twimzi is a digital platform intended to help users discover businesses, products, services, offers and local information and to communicate with participating businesses and other permitted business accounts.
Twimzi is operated by Fateh Globalink.
2. Independent Businesses
Unless expressly stated otherwise, businesses and other third parties using Twimzi are independent parties.
Twimzi does not automatically endorse, guarantee or certify their products, services, qualifications, pricing, availability, claims, licences, safety or performance merely because their information appears on the Platform.
3. Verification
A verification badge, identity check or other trust indicator only indicates that specified checks or signals were completed according to the applicable Twimzi process.
It is not a guarantee of quality, legality, solvency, safety, authenticity, professional competence or future performance.
4. User Decisions
Users should independently evaluate businesses, products and services and obtain appropriate information before entering a transaction or relying on professional or commercial information.
5. Professional Information
Information supplied by professionals or businesses is not automatically professional advice from Twimzi.
Users should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals where circumstances require it.
6. Accuracy and Availability
Twimzi seeks to provide useful and current information but does not guarantee that all listings, content, maps, availability, prices, operating hours, business claims or other information will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted or current.
7. Search and Recommendations
Search results, recommendations, rankings and discovery order may be influenced by Platform algorithms, relevance, availability, user activity, business information and other factors.
Appearance in a prominent position does not necessarily constitute endorsement or superiority.

Twimzi may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, services, payment providers, maps, logistics providers or other systems.
Third-party systems operate under their own terms and practices. Twimzi is not responsible for third-party systems except to the extent required by applicable law or an express agreement.

User-generated content represents the views or information of its respective contributor.
Twimzi does not necessarily endorse such content and may moderate or remove content in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Where users transact directly with independent businesses, the relevant business generally remains responsible for the transaction, product, service and applicable consumer obligations, subject to law and any specific Twimzi transaction terms.
11. No Emergency Service
Twimzi is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for urgent medical, safety, law-enforcement or other emergency assistance.
12. No Guaranteed Commercial Outcome
Twimzi does not guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, bookings, customers, revenue, engagement, business visibility or other commercial outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. Security and Availability
Twimzi uses reasonable measures to protect and operate the Platform, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, continuously available or free from errors.
14. Legal Rights Preserved
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any liability, consumer right, statutory remedy or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited.
