Twimzi Messaging & Communication Policy

1. Purpose
This Policy governs messaging and communication features available through Twimzi and supports useful, professional and safer communication between permitted Platform participants.
2. Permitted Communication Relationships
Twimzi messaging supports:
Customer-to-customer direct messaging is not permitted through Twimzi.
3. Business Enquiries
Customers may contact businesses regarding products, services, offers, availability or other legitimate business matters. Businesses may respond and may initiate communication where the relevant Twimzi functionality permits it and there is a legitimate Platform-related basis.
4. Business-to-Business Communication
Businesses may communicate with other businesses for legitimate commercial or professional purposes, subject to applicable law and Platform policies.
5. Prohibited Messaging
Users must not use messaging to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, impersonate, defraud, sexually harass, discriminate against, or repeatedly contact a person after a clear request to stop.
Users must not send malware, phishing links, scams, unlawful solicitations or other prohibited content.
6. Spam and Bulk Outreach
Unsolicited bulk messages, automated spam, repetitive promotional messages, deceptive lead generation and abuse of messaging tools are prohibited.
Businesses must comply with applicable communications, privacy, advertising and anti-spam requirements.
7. Personal Information
Users must not request, publish or distribute another person's sensitive or private information through messaging without lawful basis or appropriate authorisation.
Users should avoid sending unnecessary identity documents, financial information, passwords, OTPs, authentication codes or other highly sensitive information.
8. Attachments and Links
Files, images, videos and links sent through Twimzi must be lawful and reasonably safe. Twimzi may restrict file types, sizes, links or other messaging functionality to protect users and Platform security.
9. Reporting and Blocking
Where available, users may report or block another account or conversation. Twimzi may investigate reports and take action consistent with its policies and applicable law.
10. Moderation and Safety
Twimzi may use technical systems and authorised human review, where appropriate, to detect spam, abuse, security threats or policy violations. Twimzi may limit, remove or disable messages, accounts or messaging access where reasonably necessary.
11. Privacy
Messaging content and associated metadata may be processed as described in the Twimzi Privacy Policy, including for delivery, security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, support, legal compliance and enforcement.
Access to message content is limited to authorised purposes and personnel or systems with a legitimate need, subject to applicable law.
12. No Emergency or Guaranteed Communication
Twimzi messaging is not an emergency service. Users should not rely on it for urgent medical, safety, law-enforcement or other emergency communications.
Delivery, availability and retention are not guaranteed to be immediate or permanent.
13. Lawful Requests
Twimzi may preserve, disclose or otherwise process information where required or permitted by applicable law, valid legal process, or legitimate safety and security requirements.
14. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, content restrictions, messaging restrictions, account suspension or termination, and referral to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
15. Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy and other Platform policies.
