1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Twimzi, including the Twimzi website, mobile applications, business profiles, product and service listings, posts, offers, messaging, search, discovery, community features, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using a feature that requires acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Twimzi may operate as a technology platform that enables customers and businesses to discover one another, communicate, publish information, and interact. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Twimzi is not the seller, manufacturer, service provider, agent, broker, insurer, professional adviser, or representative of a business listed on the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and must keep account information reasonably current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.
You must not create an account using another person’s identity, impersonate another person or business, provide materially false information, or maintain accounts for unlawful or deceptive purposes.
Twimzi is intended for persons aged 18 years or older. By creating or using a Twimzi account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Twimzi does not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create or maintain accounts. Where applicable law imposes a higher age requirement for a particular feature, that higher requirement applies. Where required for safety, verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, Twimzi may request additional information.
You must not sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise improperly share access to an account where doing so is prohibited by Platform rules or creates a security, fraud, or impersonation risk.
3. Business Accounts and Business Authority
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their business profile, contact information, products, services, prices, offers, operating information, claims, images, documents, qualifications, licences, registrations, permits, and other information they publish.
A person creating or managing a business profile must have appropriate authority to represent that business. A business must not falsely claim affiliation, certification, authorization, ownership, professional qualification, government approval, or other status.
Businesses are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licences, registrations, permits, professional qualifications, approvals, certifications, tax registrations, or other authorizations required for their activities, products, or services.
Twimzi may request verification information or documents and may limit, suspend, label, or remove a business profile where information is materially misleading, unverifiable, unlawful, fraudulent, or inconsistent with Platform policies.
4. Platform Role and Independent Businesses
Twimzi provides discovery, communication, listing, community, and technology services.
Transactions, quotations, negotiations, contracts, payments, deliveries, warranties, returns, refunds, service quality, professional advice, licences, taxes, regulatory compliance, and disputes between customers and businesses are generally matters between the relevant parties unless Twimzi expressly states otherwise.
A listing, search result, business profile, verification indicator, badge, post, offer, or other Platform presentation does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, warranty, recommendation, or representation by Twimzi.
Where Twimzi performs a specific verification, the verification is limited to the information, document, attribute, or process actually verified. Verification does not guarantee the identity, honesty, financial condition, legality, quality, safety, performance, qualifications, products, services, or future conduct of a business unless Twimzi expressly states otherwise.
5. Listings, Products, Services, Posts, Offers and User Content
Users and businesses may submit text, photographs, videos, documents, logos, product information, service information, offers, comments, messages, reviews, and other material (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you own it. By submitting User Content, you grant Twimzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, communicate, moderate, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, authority, and lawful basis necessary to submit the content and grant this licence.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their listings, product descriptions, service descriptions, prices, claims, availability, images, specifications, certifications, and other commercial information are accurate and not misleading.
Twimzi may remove, restrict, disable, demote, or otherwise act on content that violates law, these Terms, Platform policies, third-party rights, or that creates a material risk to users, businesses, the Platform, or third parties.
6. Prohibited Products, Services and Content
You must not use Twimzi to publish, offer, promote, facilitate, or distribute content, products, or services that are unlawful or prohibited by applicable law or Platform policy.
Prohibited activity may include counterfeit or stolen goods, unauthorized replicas, fraudulent certificates or credentials, unlawful regulated goods or services, scams, deceptive schemes, malware, harmful code, or other prohibited material.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that products and services they list comply with applicable laws, licences, safety requirements, consumer requirements, intellectual-property rights, and regulatory requirements.
Twimzi may maintain additional prohibited or restricted categories through its Marketplace & Listing Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, or other Platform policies.
7. Messaging and Communications
Twimzi may provide:
Customer-to-customer direct messaging is not a permitted Platform feature unless Twimzi expressly introduces it in the future.
Users must not use messaging for spam, harassment, threats, fraud, phishing, unlawful solicitation, impersonation, unauthorized marketing, collection of personal information without an appropriate lawful basis, or distribution of malicious or prohibited material.
Messages and related metadata may be processed, stored, reported, moderated, secured, or disclosed where reasonably necessary for service operation, safety, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or enforcement, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
8. Fraud, Scams and Transaction Safety
Twimzi is a discovery and communication platform and users should exercise appropriate caution before entering into transactions or sharing sensitive information.
Users should independently verify a business, its identity, contact details, licences where relevant, payment details, product or service claims, and transaction terms before making payments or entering into agreements.
Users should not share passwords, authentication codes, one-time passwords, payment credentials, security keys, or other sensitive authentication information with another person through Twimzi.
Users should be cautious of unusually low prices, urgent payment requests, requests to move a transaction to an unrelated channel, requests for advance payments without appropriate verification, fake support messages, impersonation, and other suspicious activity.
Twimzi does not guarantee that a person or business using the Platform is legitimate, solvent, trustworthy, licensed, or capable of completing a transaction.
Suspected fraud, scams, impersonation, or security abuse should be reported through the available Twimzi reporting or support mechanisms.
9. Reviews, Reputation and Engagement Integrity
Where Twimzi provides reviews, reputation, follows, likes, saves, shares, comments, enquiries, or similar engagement mechanisms, users must not manipulate those mechanisms through deception or artificial activity.

11. Intellectual Property
Twimzi and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, software, branding, interface, design, databases, trademarks, logos, and other Twimzi-owned materials except where rights belong to users or third parties.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Twimzi-owned materials except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a user’s intellectual property to Twimzi except for the limited licence expressly granted for User Content.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Twimzi processes personal data as described in its Privacy Policy and other applicable privacy notices.
Use of the Platform is also subject to applicable data-protection, privacy, cybersecurity, consumer-protection, and other laws.
Users should not publish sensitive personal information in public profiles, posts, listings, comments, offers, or other public areas unless there is an appropriate lawful reason to do so.
13. Safety, Moderation and Enforcement
Twimzi may use automated systems, human review, reports, verification, security controls, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and other reasonable measures to protect the Platform and its users.
Depending on circumstances and applicable law, Twimzi may warn a user, remove or restrict content, restrict messaging or other functionality, limit visibility, request verification, suspend an account, terminate access, preserve information, or cooperate with lawful requests.
Enforcement decisions may depend on the seriousness and circumstances of the conduct, available evidence, applicable law, and Platform policies.
14. Electronic Communications and Notices
By using the Platform, you agree that Twimzi may communicate with you electronically where permitted by applicable law.
Service-related communications may be delivered through the Platform, push notifications, email, SMS, or other electronic methods made available by Twimzi.
Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, and users may be provided with available controls to manage such communications.
A notice or communication may be considered delivered when sent through the applicable electronic channel, subject to applicable law and any specific notice requirements.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including authentication, maps, analytics, communications, storage, payment, logistics, or other services.
Twimzi is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy practices, and policies.
16. No Guarantee and User Due Diligence
Twimzi does not guarantee that the Platform, listings, businesses, products, services, communications, offers, reviews, maps, prices, operating information, or other information will always be accurate, complete, available, secure, uninterrupted, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Users should independently verify material information before relying on it or entering into a transaction.
Twimzi does not guarantee that a business will respond to an enquiry, complete a transaction, honour a quotation, deliver a product, perform a service, provide a refund, or satisfy a user's expectations.
17. Transactions and Disputes Between Users and Businesses
Unless Twimzi expressly acts as a transaction provider for a particular feature, Twimzi is not a party to contracts or transactions between independent users and businesses.
The relevant parties are responsible for their own agreements, payments, taxes, deliveries, warranties, returns, refunds, service performance, regulatory obligations, and dispute resolution.
Twimzi may provide reporting, support, moderation, or platform-level assistance where appropriate, but does not guarantee that it will resolve private commercial disputes.
Where applicable law gives consumers rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, those rights remain unaffected.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twimzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the Platform, inability to use the Platform, User Content, or interactions and transactions between users and businesses.
Twimzi is not responsible for losses arising solely from the acts, omissions, representations, products, services, communications, or conduct of independent users or businesses, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform.
The scope and enforceability of any indemnity is subject to applicable law.
20. Suspension and Termination
Twimzi may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Platform, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, address security risks, prevent repeated violations, or discontinue a service.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion subject to applicable retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion & Retention Policy.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination may survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, User Content licences, privacy, liability, indemnity, disputes, and enforcement.
21. Changes to these Terms
Twimzi may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, law, security requirements, technology, or business practices.
Where a change materially affects user rights or obligations, Twimzi will use a reasonable method to provide notice and, where required, obtain renewed acceptance.
The version and effective date shown with these Terms identify the version applicable to your use.
22. Force Majeure and Service Disruptions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twimzi will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including widespread internet or network failures, cloud or infrastructure outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, major utility failures, or other events that materially prevent or disrupt Platform operation.
This section does not limit obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Twimzi is a brand and product operated by Fateh Globalink, with its operating address at 82, Street No. 5, Bachittar Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to a consumer or other user under applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Ludhiana, Punjab, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Waiver
A failure or delay by Twimzi to enforce a provision of these Terms does not necessarily constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be interpreted consistently with applicable law.
26. Assignment and Transfer
Twimzi may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of relevant assets, or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law.
Users may not transfer an account or their rights under these Terms where doing so would violate Platform rules or applicable law.
27. Entire Agreement and Relationship to Other Policies
These Terms, together with policies and terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the applicable Platform features, subject to applicable law.
If a feature-specific agreement or policy expressly states that it controls over these Terms for that feature, the specific agreement or policy will apply to the extent of the conflict.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, or other relationship between Twimzi and a user or business unless expressly agreed in writing.

Users may use the official Twimzi support and grievance channel made available through the Twimzi website or mobile application for questions, complaints, policy concerns, intellectual-property notices, privacy requests, fraud reports, account issues, and other Platform-related requests.
Where applicable law requires a designated grievance officer or additional statutory contact details, Twimzi will publish and maintain those details through the appropriate Platform channel.

These Terms remain subject to applicable laws and regulations, including applicable consumer-protection, information-technology, intermediary, privacy, and data-protection requirements in India and any other jurisdiction where Twimzi lawfully operates.
