Twimzi User Content Policy

1. Purpose
This Policy governs content uploaded, posted, shared, transmitted or otherwise made available through Twimzi, including text, photographs, videos, logos, documents, business information, product information, service information, offers, comments and other media.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for content you submit. You must have the ownership, licence, permission, authority or other lawful basis necessary to submit and share it.
3. Content Standards
Content must be lawful and, where it represents a business, product, service or commercial claim, reasonably accurate. Content must not be fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, unlawful, infringing, privacy-invasive, malicious or otherwise prohibited by Twimzi policies.
4. Privacy and Personal Information
Users must not publish another person's sensitive, confidential or private information without lawful authority or an appropriate lawful basis. Users should avoid posting unnecessary contact details, identity documents, financial information, passwords, OTPs or authentication information.
5. Commercial Content
Businesses must ensure that commercial posts, listings and offers are truthful, lawful, properly described and compliant with applicable consumer and advertising requirements.
6. Licence to Twimzi
By submitting content, you grant Twimzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, communicate, distribute, moderate, secure, maintain, improve and promote the Twimzi service, subject to applicable law and the rights described in Twimzi policies.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content.
7. Public Content
Content intentionally published for public discovery may be visible to other users and may appear on public Platform pages, links, previews or search engines depending on the feature. Users should not publish information they do not want publicly accessible.
8. Removal and Restriction
Twimzi may remove, restrict, disable access to, reduce visibility of, or preserve content when reasonably necessary to enforce policies, respond to reports, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, protect security or address legal claims.
9. Reports
Users may report content they believe violates law or Twimzi policy. Reports should contain enough information for Twimzi to understand the concern. Knowingly false, abusive or deliberately misleading reports may violate Platform policies.
10. Copyright and Other Rights
Rights holders may submit sufficiently detailed intellectual-property complaints through the designated reporting channel. Twimzi may request supporting information and take appropriate action under applicable law.
11. Appeals and Restoration
Where Twimzi provides an appeal or review mechanism, users may request review of content restrictions or account actions. Twimzi may restore content where an action was made in error or the relevant issue has been resolved.
12. Automated Tools and Human Review
Twimzi may use automated systems and authorised human review to detect spam, fraud, security threats, prohibited content and policy violations. Automated signals may be supplemented by human review and are not guaranteed to be error-free.
13. Legal Requests
Twimzi may preserve, disclose, restrict or remove information where required or permitted by applicable law or valid legal process.
14. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, suspension or termination depending on severity, repetition, evidence, safety considerations and applicable law.
15. No Ownership Transfer
Except for the limited licence described above, users retain ownership of their lawful content and associated intellectual-property rights.
