Requirements governing products, services, offers and commercial listings on Twimzi.

Version 1.1Effective 23 September 2026Document TW-MKT-001

Twimzi Marketplace & Listing Policy

**Version:** 1.1

**Status:** Published

**Effective Date:** 23 September 2026

1. Purpose

This Policy establishes requirements for products, services, offers and other commercial listings displayed by businesses on Twimzi. It supplements the Terms of Service, Business Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and other Platform policies.

2. Accurate Listings

Businesses must accurately identify the business and describe the product or service. Listings must not contain false specifications, fabricated certifications, fake scarcity, manipulated images, deceptive claims or materially misleading information.

3. Required and Material Information

Where applicable, businesses should clearly disclose material information including business identity, product/service name, description, price or quotation basis, availability, location/service area, material conditions, applicable charges, warranty or guarantee information, delivery information and relevant restrictions.

Where Twimzi is subject to marketplace or e-commerce disclosure requirements, the information required by applicable law will be made available through the relevant Platform interface.

4. Lawful Goods and Services

Only lawful goods and services may be listed. Businesses are responsible for determining whether an offering requires licences, registrations, professional qualifications, age restrictions, permits, approvals or other legal authorisation.

5. Restricted and Prohibited Listings

Twimzi may prohibit or restrict goods or services that are illegal, regulated, dangerous, fraudulent, counterfeit, infringing, unsafe, deceptive or otherwise unsuitable for the Platform. Operational category restrictions may apply in addition to this Policy.

6. Counterfeit and Infringing Goods

Businesses must not knowingly list counterfeit products or products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs or other intellectual-property rights.

7. Images and Media

Businesses must use images and media they own or are licensed or otherwise legally entitled to use. Images should represent the actual offering where the difference would materially affect a customer's decision.

8. Pricing and Promotions

Where a business displays a price, it is responsible for its accuracy and for disclosing mandatory taxes, delivery charges, fees and material conditions where required by law. Promotional claims must be truthful and substantiated.

Businesses must not fabricate discounts, manipulate reference prices, create misleading urgency or conceal mandatory charges.

9. Availability and Orders

Businesses should keep availability information reasonably current. A listing, enquiry or message does not itself constitute a confirmed order, booking or contract unless the relevant Twimzi transaction flow expressly provides otherwise and the required steps are completed.

10. Seller and Business Information

Businesses must provide accurate information requested by Twimzi for business identity, contact, seller, verification or compliance purposes. Where applicable law requires seller information to be displayed or made available to consumers, Twimzi may display the required information.

11. Professional Services

Professionals are responsible for maintaining required qualifications, licences, registrations and professional standards. A Twimzi profile or listing does not independently certify professional competence.

12. Customer Enquiries

An enquiry, message or lead generated through Twimzi does not automatically create a transaction or guarantee that a business will accept a request.

13. Reviews and Reputation

Businesses must not manipulate, purchase, fabricate or coordinate fraudulent reviews, ratings, engagement, enquiries or other reputation signals.

14. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report listings or business content. Twimzi may investigate reports and may remove, limit, edit, demote or disable content or accounts where warranted by policy, safety, law or Platform integrity.

15. Business Responsibility

The business remains responsible for fulfilling lawful commitments made to customers and for its products, services, prices, taxes, warranties, returns, refunds, delivery, consumer obligations and regulatory compliance, except where Twimzi expressly assumes a specific responsibility.

16. Changes

Twimzi may update this Policy when products, features, legal requirements, safety risks or operational standards change. The current published version applies from its stated effective date.
