Twimzi Business Terms

1. Scope
These Business Terms apply to businesses, manufacturers, traders, wholesalers, professionals, shops, restaurants, service providers, vendors, and other commercial or professional entities that create, manage, or operate a business presence on Twimzi.
These Business Terms supplement the Twimzi Terms of Service and other Platform policies.
2. Business Account and Authority
A business must provide accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information.
The person creating or managing a business account represents that they are authorised to act for the relevant business or entity.
Businesses are responsible for controlling access to their business account and for the actions of authorised persons who use it.
Twimzi may request information reasonably necessary to verify a business, its authorised representative, its contact details, or its right to operate a particular business presence.
3. Business Information
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information they publish, including:
Businesses must promptly correct materially inaccurate or outdated information.
4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Each business is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, registrations, permits, professional qualifications, approvals, tax registrations, certifications, and other authorisations required for its operations, products, services, advertising, and transactions.
Businesses must comply with laws applicable to their activities, including where relevant:
Listing a business or offering on Twimzi does not replace any legal licence, registration, approval, or professional qualification.
5. Business Profiles
Businesses may create and maintain business profiles subject to Platform requirements.
A business profile must not:

6. Products and Services
A business may list only lawful products and services that it is legally entitled and authorised to advertise or provide.
Listings must accurately describe the relevant product or service and must not contain deceptive, fabricated, materially misleading, or unlawful claims.
Businesses must comply with any applicable requirements relating to pricing, taxes, warranties, product safety, professional standards, consumer rights, delivery, cancellation, refund, and other commercial obligations.
Products or services prohibited by applicable law or Twimzi's Marketplace & Listing Policy may not be listed.
7. Business Responsibility for Transactions
The business remains responsible for its products, services, quotations, representations, transactions, fulfilment, warranties, refunds, cancellations, delivery, taxes, licences, permits, consumer obligations, and compliance with applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Twimzi feature or transaction service, Twimzi is a technology platform and does not become the seller, manufacturer, service provider, professional adviser, agent, broker, insurer, or representative of a business merely because its offering is displayed or communicated through Twimzi.
Businesses must honour lawful commitments they make to customers.
8. Verification and Trust Indicators
Verification, badges, identity checks, business checks, or other trust indicators, where offered, communicate only that specified checks or signals were completed at a particular time or under a particular process.
A verification or badge does not constitute a guarantee of:
Businesses remain responsible for maintaining accurate information after verification.
Twimzi may suspend, remove, or change a verification status where the underlying information changes or the relevant requirements are no longer satisfied.
9. Offers and Promotions
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, and fulfilment of offers and promotions they publish.
Offers should clearly state applicable material conditions, including where relevant:
Offers and advertising must comply with applicable consumer-protection and advertising requirements.
Businesses must not create misleading urgency, fabricate discounts, manipulate reference prices, or make claims they cannot substantiate.
10. Customer Communications
Businesses must communicate honestly, professionally, and lawfully.
Businesses must not use Twimzi messaging or contact features to:
Twimzi supports business-to-customer, customer-to-business, and business-to-business communication. Customer-to-customer direct messaging is not an intended Twimzi feature.
11. Customer and Personal Data
Businesses are responsible for handling customer, employee, supplier, and other personal data lawfully.
A business must:
Businesses must not use Twimzi to obtain personal data for unlawful purposes or to circumvent Platform privacy and security controls.
12. Intellectual Property
Businesses must have the necessary ownership, licence, permission, or other lawful basis for logos, photographs, videos, text, product images, trademarks, trade names, designs, software, documents, and other material they upload or publish.
A business must not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.
Twimzi may respond to valid intellectual-property complaints and restrict or remove relevant content in accordance with applicable law and Platform procedures.

Businesses must not use Twimzi to advertise, offer, facilitate, or promote:

Businesses must not manipulate Twimzi reputation, search, discovery, or engagement systems.

Twimzi may request information reasonably necessary to:

Twimzi may restrict relevant functionality while a material verification or safety issue is being investigated.
16. Moderation and Enforcement
Twimzi may review, restrict, remove, disable, demote, or otherwise limit business content, listings, offers, profiles, or accounts where reasonably necessary to:
Depending on the circumstances, Twimzi may provide notice or an opportunity to address an issue where appropriate and legally permissible.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent restrictions or termination.
17. Suspension and Termination
Twimzi may suspend or terminate a business account for circumstances including:
Suspension or termination does not automatically remove lawful obligations that arose before the action.
18. No Guarantee of Leads or Results
Twimzi does not guarantee any particular level of:
unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
Platform algorithms, availability, user behaviour, competition, market conditions, technical changes, and other factors may affect business visibility and results.
19. Fees and Commercial Features
Where Twimzi introduces paid subscriptions, advertising, featured placement, commissions, transaction fees, booking fees, or other commercial features, the applicable pricing, billing terms, cancellation terms, and commercial conditions will be disclosed through the relevant Platform interface or separate agreement.
A business must not assume that a free or introductory feature will remain free indefinitely unless Twimzi expressly states otherwise.
20. Business Content Licence
Businesses retain ownership of content they lawfully own and publish on Twimzi.
By submitting business content, the business grants Twimzi the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, communicate, moderate, secure, maintain, and operate that content through the Platform and related services.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying business intellectual property.
21. No Agency or Partnership
Use of Twimzi does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, agency, fiduciary relationship, or other legal relationship between Twimzi and a business unless expressly agreed in writing.
Businesses are independent entities responsible for their own operations and obligations.
22. Applicable Law
Businesses are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to their operations and transactions.
These may include licensing, taxation, consumer protection, advertising, product safety, professional regulation, privacy, data protection, labour, intellectual-property, and sector-specific requirements.
Nothing in these Business Terms removes or limits mandatory legal rights or obligations.
23. Relationship with Terms of Service
These Business Terms supplement the Twimzi Terms of Service.
If a specific business feature or separate written agreement contains additional terms, those terms may apply to that feature or relationship.
If there is a conflict, the applicable specific agreement or policy will govern to the extent specified in that document and subject to applicable law.
24. Changes
Twimzi may update these Business Terms when its business features, commercial model, Platform risks, legal requirements, or operational practices change.
Where required, material changes will be communicated through the Platform or handled according to the Terms of Service and applicable law.
