Twimzi Intellectual Property Policy

1. Purpose
Twimzi respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and businesses to do the same.
2. Protected Material
Intellectual property may include copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, photographs, videos, written material, software, product imagery, databases and other protected works or identifiers.
3. User Rights and Permissions
Users and businesses must upload or publish only material they own, have licensed, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. Purchasing a product does not automatically grant rights to reproduce a manufacturer's photographs, brand assets or copyrighted material.
4. Copyright Complaints
A rights holder may report allegedly infringing content through the designated Twimzi intellectual-property channel. A complaint should identify the claimant, protected work or right, allegedly infringing material and its location, the basis of the claim, and contact information for follow-up.
5. Trademark Complaints
Trademark owners may report unauthorised or misleading use of their marks. Twimzi may request evidence of ownership, authority or relevant rights.
6. Review Process
Twimzi may review complaints, request additional information, contact the relevant account holder, restrict disputed material and take other reasonable action consistent with applicable law.
Twimzi does not purport to finally determine complex ownership disputes requiring a court or competent authority unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Counter-Notices and Responses
Where appropriate and legally available, an affected user may submit a response explaining why challenged material is authorised, licensed or non-infringing. Twimzi may consider such response subject to applicable law and safety requirements.
8. Repeat Infringement
Repeated or serious infringement may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or termination.
9. Twimzi Intellectual Property
The Twimzi name, branding, logos, software, interface, original text, design elements and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Twimzi or Fateh Globalink unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Rights
Third-party trademarks, brands and other intellectual property appearing on Twimzi remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
11. Good-Faith Reporting
Reports should be made in good faith and with reasonable supporting information. Knowingly false or abusive complaints may constitute misuse of the Platform.
12. Legal Compliance
This Policy operates alongside applicable intellectual-property law and does not remove any mandatory legal remedy or obligation.
